A zombie daddy, only finally understanding the meaning of life once he has turned into a zombie, embarks on a solitary struggle to carry his two living daughters to a safe zone, whilst fighting both zombie mobs that attack indiscriminately, and zombie hunters.

“Grr…grr…”

An empty city.
A man, hearing the cry of a baby, begins to recover his senses and slowly opens his eyes. The man, carrying his daughters in a baby sling wrapped around his body, had been running away from a group of zombies and had ended up fainting. Now awake, he realizes that he too has become a zombie…

The man, not recognizing the babies in his arms, tries to bite them. But, having turned into a zombie, he lacks control over his body and his mouth cannot reach the babies on his chest.
As the baby sling shifts around violently, the startled babies start crying even more loudly. The man, hearing their crying, begins to realize something… the babies in front of him are his daughters.

Then, despite the fact that he is a zombie, in an attempt to take his daughters to a safe area where other humans are gathered… overcomes numerous zombies and keeps moving forward… and forward… and forward.

Before many fathers began to take care of their new-born children either on their own or together with their wives, and before they realized how difficult it must have been for their wives to try and take care of babies on their own…
One could also often see exhausted fathers who would hold their crying babies throughout the night.
I also, having had my own share of parenthood, have seen myself shuffling around the house like a zombie with my child in a baby sling, in an attempt to put the child, who’d been waking up 2-3 times a night, to sleep.

Even if the protagonist turns into a bloodthirsty zombie and even if the world is plunged into a terrible dystopia, there is one type of love that can never be erased: family love.
In a time where human values are easily uprooted and readily broken apart, the humanism and love that this zombie daddy shows for his family is truly valuable.
This film aims to look back at family love in a Korean society that has collapsed due to a zombie virus.
